FCM Automation Analyst

Position: FCM Automation Analyst Role
Become an integral part of FCM as a Junior Automation Analyst located in Toronto, ON. This position emphasizes problem-solving, efficient workflows, and close collaboration with internal teams.

In this role at FCM, the Junior Automation Analyst will participate in the entire automation life cycle, from intake to testing and deployment. You will troubleshoot platform issues, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and ensure timely support. This pivotal role involves updating technical documentation and contributing to an inclusive and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage new development requests to the appropriate teams

• Address and resolve automation platform issues efficiently

• Ensure effective communication between developers and stakeholders

• Update and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

• Test codes rigorously before operational handoffs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service

• Familiar with SAP Compleat and travel technology platforms

• Understanding of XML and SQL databases

• Strong client interaction and documentation skills

• Preferred experience with Azure Dev Ops and Agile methodologies
