Elevate the digital sales journey as a Digital Optimization Manager. Focus on funnel performance, A/B testing, and customer journey enhancements in this pivotal role across various teams.
This position demands expertise in digital sales, e-commerce, analytics, and experimentation. The Manager, Digital Optimization will analyze customer drop-offs, improve conversion rates, and support test-and-learn initiatives. Working with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams, you'll identify performance issues and drive measurable improvements across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor digital funnel performance and identify trends
• Manage A/B testing roadmap and ensure readiness
• Translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations
• Support journey personalization across demographics
• Develop business cases and prioritize enhancements
Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant digital experience preferred
