Ripple is seeking a Front-Line IT Support Specialist dedicated to improving IT service across teams. You will assist users with SaaS products, manage hardware recapture, and guide new employees from day one. Additionally, tasks will include maintaining IT documentation and supporting asset management, ensuring all systems operate smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide effective IT support via tickets and live assistance
• Handle SaaS platforms like Google Workspace and Slack
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for new hires
• Act as a point of contact for AV equipment in conference rooms
• Develop and maintain internal IT documentation
Requirements:
• Proven corporate IT support experience
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Fresh Service
• Strong troubleshooting skills in networking
• Effective communication abilities
• Onsite work commitment required five days a week
