• Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Logic Monitor.
• Familiarity with Service Now, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Intermediate experience in TIBCO Suite of Products such as TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO EDI.
• Intermediate experience troubleshooting technical issues in TIBCO environment.

• Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Coordinate with onshore teams and clients for seamless support.
• Monitor ticket queues and prioritize critical issues.
• Conduct daily stand‑ups, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Handle performance reviews for team.
• Act as a bridge between onshore and offshore teams.
• Participate in client calls and governance meetings.
• Identify recurring issues and propose automation or process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure proper handover and transition documentation.
• Work on weekly and monthly status reports.
• Track KPIs such as ticket resolution time, backlog, and customer satisfaction.
• Create on‑call roster for team.

Salary Range: CA $ 100,000 - CA $ 120,000 Per Year
