Senior Product Designer

Position: Senior Product Designer at Loblaw Digital
Elevate online shopping experiences as Senior Product Designer with Loblaw Digital in Toronto. Focus on improving cart and checkout features impacting millions of Canadians.

In this role, you’ll partner with Product, Tech, and Research teams to enhance eCommerce platforms. Lead strategies for the checkout process to maximize customer satisfaction. Working under the Director of Product Design, you'll help define goals, conduct user research, and utilize AI design tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define problems and set goals through collaborative workshops

• Utilize AI tools for accelerated design delivery

• Apply interaction design to create effective user interfaces

• Lead visual design and art direction for high-fidelity interfaces

• Ensure product accessibility in line with AODA standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years design experience on cross-functional teams

• Proven portfolio featuring scalable digital experiences

• Familiarity with AI tools in design workflows

• Experience in agile environments with design and tech

• Ability to balance stakeholder needs with technical constraints
