TEHORA cherche un analyste intermédiaire pour assurer le support technique des infrastructures technologiques. Le candidat idéal possède un BAC en informatique et a acquis 8 ans d'expérience en informatique, dont 6 ans spécifiques au soutien d'infrastructures. Vous serez impliqué dans le diagnostic des incidents et la maintenance des opérations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fournir un support technique aux infrastructures
• Diagnostiquer les incidents rapidement
• Contribuer aux efforts de maintenance
Requirements:
• Diplôme en informatique ou domaine connexe
• 8 ans d'expérience en technologies de l'information
• 6 ans comme analyste en soutien des infrastructures
