Azure Identity Governance Engineer

Position: Azure Identity Governance Engineer Role
Shape identity governance strategies at Azure with your expertise as a Microsoft Azure IAM Engineer. Focus on designing frameworks and enforcing security policies to protect resources.

As a Microsoft Azure IAM Engineer, your role heavily emphasizes Azure Entra  and management. You’ll configure Privileged Identity Management and enforce Conditional Access policies while remediating account issues and managing RBAC assignments. Cross-cloud support for IAM alignment with AWS and OCI may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Azure Entra  governance frameworks

• Configure and manage Privileged Identity Management

• Enforce Conditional Access policies and multifactor authentication

• Remediate inactive user accounts and excessive permissions

• Participate in compliance reporting and IAM audits

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of IAM experience; 3+ in Azure Entra

• Deep knowledge of RBAC, PIM, and Conditional Access

• Experience with MFA methods and access policies

• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

• Microsoft Certified - Identity and Access Administrator preferred
