The Opportunity
As part of Sonnet’s Customer Experience team, you will design and optimize mobile‑first digital experiences across and email channels. Working closely with cross‑functional partners, you’ll support website enhancements, A/B testing, landing page creation, and accessibility‑focused solutions that improve the customer experience and support business goals.
What To Expect- As a key part of Sonnet’s Customer Experience team, you’ll be an active contributor in the creation of innovative, mobile‑first designs for and email marketing, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
- You’ll identify design solutions and opportunities for enhancements and A/B testing, bringing them to your agile team and Product Owner.
- You’ll write development stories in Jira, articulating design and accessibility requirements, and will work closely with developers as your enhancements are being developed, understanding technical requirements and limitations.
- You’ll work in Sonnet’s CMS, building landing pages in partnership with your content counterparts.
- You’ll also support our Manager, Design on both design requests, and internal requests, as required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in UI/UX Design.
- Proficiency in a Mac environment with in‑depth knowledge of web‑design and prototyping software applications, including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Design System Manager.
- Exceptional ability to communicate design decisions to internal stakeholders and executives.
- Experience working in a CMS to build pages.
- Flexibility and ability to thrive in an agile, start‑up, team environment.
- Proficient in identifying and applying web‑based trends and technologies.
- Excellent organization skills (Jira experience is an asset), resourceful, fast, and having impeccable attention to detail.
- Calmness and effectiveness under pressure.
- Openness to learning and expanding.
Salary Range: $59,300 - $109,200
