Responsibilities
- Provide project management leadership for enterprise digital, AI, and IT initiatives aligned with SHN priorities and strategic objectives
- Leadership accountability for Senior IT Project Managers and Business Analysts across multiple SHN sites
- Accountable for the enterprise IT project portfolio, including resource planning, capacity management, risk escalation, and performance reporting
- Establish and enforce project management documentation standards library for SHN IT projects
- Establish and enforce standardized IT project intake, prioritization, stage-gating, and delivery assurance processes
- Ensure IT-enabled procurements and solutions comply with SHN architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, procurement, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure department and unit-specific business and enterprise architecture documentation is routinely updated
- Partner with clinical and corporate leaders to support planning, change management, and execution of IT enabled enterprise initiatives
- Undergraduate degree in Health, Management, or Information Technology (required)
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT and/or digital project management
- 5–7 years in a leadership role at Senior Manager or Director level
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- ITIL certification preferred
- Experience in a Canadian healthcare organization with strong understanding of clinical and operational environments
- Experience with vendor relationship management
- Strong track record of ethical leadership, professionalism, and organizational stewardship
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent work performance and attendance record

- Demonstrated ability to model integrity, resilience, and adaptability
