In this internal support role, you will bring versatility and troubleshooting skills to the technology team r daily tasks will include managing IT operations, providing hands-on support, and ensuring compliance across systems. Engage in innovative projects that improve operational efficiency while contributing to a high-growth tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and employee technology support

• Provide L2/L3 support for macOS/Windows devices and SaaS platforms

• Manage employee technology lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

• Design automation for IT workflows using various tools

• Collaborate with Security on compliance and governance initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong IT operations experience in SaaS or technology environments

• Hands-on identity and access management experience

• Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar platforms

• Knowledge of MDM platforms like Kandji or Jamf

• Understanding of networking fundamentals and security principles
