EUC Analyst North York

Position: EUC Analyst North York Contract
Become an integral part of an IT team as an EUC Analyst in North York. This role focuses on providing technical support and managing enterprise devices for a 6-month contract.

We are looking for a proactive End User Computing Analyst with a passion for technology. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in EUC, Desktop Support, or IT Support in an enterprise environment. Key expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft 365 will drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for diverse devices

• Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune/SCCM

• Administer Microsoft 365 services for effective user management

• Build and maintain Windows 10/11 devices securely

• Collaborate across teams to resolve complex IT issues

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in End User Computing or IT Support

• Proficient in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft 365

• Strong skills in endpoint management and troubleshooting

• Experience with ITSM systems like Service Now or Jira

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
