As part of the Desktop Technical Services team, you will deliver level 2 support, ensuring smooth performance of all PC systems. The role requires excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues in both remote and office settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer 'white glove' services to executives and critical staff
• Respond promptly to support requests from leadership
• Investigate and resolve incident and problem tickets
• Utilize Service Now for daily activities and asset management
• Manage devices with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician (Level
2)
• Proficient in Windows 11 and macOS operating systems
• ITILv4 and A+ certification are assets
• Experience with Azure Intune and Jamf Pro
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
