Position: Scrum Master for DataLab
Elevate team collaboration as a Scrum Master leading the Data Lab in Toronto, Ontario. You will facilitate Agile practices and drive project success in a dynamic environment.

As a Scrum Master, you will provide support and leadership to the Data Lab team, ensuring effective communication and prioritization of tasks. Collaborating closely with the management, you'll help define sprint goals and maintain quality standards according to Agile methodology. Your ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions will be critical in fostering a productive workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate team objectives and create an efficient environment

• Lead vision and communication across project stakeholders

• Collaborate on sprint priorities and delivery processes

• Define and uphold the Definition of Done

• Measure team velocity and adjust practices as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• 3+ years Scrum Master experience required

• 7+ years in software engineering background

• Strong Dev Ops, CI/CD skills necessary

• Scrum Master certification is a plus
