As an SRE leader at Rootly, you'll play a pivotal role in building and scaling our incident management platform. This position emphasizes collaboration with product teams to ensure reliability and performance while owning CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling. You will also work hands-on to improve engineering velocity and tackle complex infrastructure issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Embed with product teams to enhance reliability and performance
• Own CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling
• Build automation to improve system reliability
• Collaborate across engineering to surface performance concerns
• Architect and scale infrastructure for operational excellence
Requirements:
• 5+ years in SRE or Platform Engineering
• Experience writing production-grade software
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
• Familiarity with incident response and monitoring systems
• Strong coding skills to solve infrastructure problems
