Lead IT strategy and operations at Thinkingbox's Toronto office as an IT Director. Oversee infrastructure modernization, security initiatives, and technology investments critical to business objectives.

As IT Director, you will take charge of Thinkingbox's entire IT strategy and ensure alignment with executive leadership. Manage budgets, vendor relations, device life cycles, and cybersecurity initiatives while improving systems and automating workflows. Your leadership will be essential for supporting creative production needs and ensuring seamless onboarding for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the overall IT strategy and technology standards

• Manage Apple environments and endpoint security solutions

• Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption efforts

• Oversee daily IT operations and complex technical support

• Collaborate cross-functionally on technology infrastructure projects

Requirements:

• 8-10 years in progressive IT roles with leadership experience

• Strong background in Apple Business Manager and MDM

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, VPNs, and networking

• Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
