Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. This is an exciting opportunity to help modernize enterprise applications, drive cloud transformation initiatives, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to deliver innovative business solutions.
Working closely with architects, engineering teams, security specialists, and business stakeholders, you'll play a key role in designing cloud architectures, guiding application modernization, and enabling organizations to transition from traditional infrastructure to modern Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions using Infrastructure as Code and Dev Sec Ops best practices.
What You'll Do- Design and architect modern, cloud-native applications and enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Lead application modernization initiatives, including transitioning workloads from Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) to Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and support secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environments.
- Develop cloud architecture standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps that support business and technology objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout solution design, implementation, and deployment.
- Design cloud environments that prioritize security, reliability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and other cloud automation tools.
- Support Dev Sec Ops practices by contributing to CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective cloud solutions.
- Evaluate and implement emerging cloud and AI technologies to enhance enterprise capabilities and innovation.
The ideal candidate is an experienced cloud architect with a passion for designing modern enterprise solutions, mentoring technical teams, and driving cloud transformation.
You will bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Three or more years of experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. - Experience designing secure, scalable Azure environments and modernizing enterprise applications from IaaS to PaaS architectures.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture principles and Infrastructure as Code, particularly using Terraform.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics services.
- Experience with cloud automation tools including Azure CLI, ARM templates, Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible.
- Knowledge of CI/CD platforms such as Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub.
- Experience developing or integrating APIs using technologies such as Power Shell, Python, Node.js, Ruby, or Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of enterprise operating environments including Windows, Linux, Open Shift, Open Stack, or VMware vSphere.
- Experience working within Agile and Dev Sec Ops environments to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with AI agents and agent-based automation solutions that support intelligent business processes and decision-making.
- Understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its role in enabling secure, context-aware integration between AI systems, enterprise platforms, and organizational data.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence technical and business decision-makers.
