The Senior Manager will lead Accord's IT operations reporting to the VP, IT, while managing a dedicated systems and network team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT operations and Level 1–4 support services

• Coach a small team and oversee daily IT tasks

• Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents swiftly

• Enhance infrastructure and data security measures

• Champion responsible AI use cases and automation improvements

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations management

• Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud systems

• Familiarity with IT service management practices

• Ability to drive automation and emerging tech initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT
