Drive critical end user infrastructure at Mackenzie Investments as a full-time Senior End User Engineer. Oversee platform governance, operational management, and technology collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Mackenzie Investments, under IGM Financial Inc., is looking for a Senior End User Engineer. In this hands-on role, you will lead platform management, enhance security, and ensure reliability across enterprise end-user services. Your technical expertise will support large-scale deployments and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end user workspace management and security protocol implementation

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across teams

• Oversee deployment and management of Microsoft Intune and JAMF

• Guide Microsoft 365 platform roadmap and new feature evaluations

• Ensure compliance with security and architecture standards

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and troubleshooting

• Proficient in Microsoft Intune and endpoint security

• Knowledge of Citrix environments and enterprise production support

• Strong ability to manage operational ownership and cross-team collaboration

• Post-secondary education in Technology or related field
