As the Senior Service Now Lead, you will bring your expertise in Service Now to ensure that applications meet the evolving needs of the business. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in IT, with 5+ in Service Now role
• Relevant Service Now certifications (System Admin, Developer)
• Skilled in programming languages including Java Script
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ITIL
