The Director of Engineering Performance & AI Metrics will spearhead efforts to create a performance measurement framework that highlights the intersection of AI and agile delivery. By establishing operating models and governance structures, you’ll guide the integration of metrics that reflect team health and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Agile & AI performance measurement framework development

• Create enterprise standards for agile and AI delivery

• Establish KPIs that capture holistic system health metrics

• Own the strategy for performance analytics platforms

• Translate complex data into actionable executive insights

Requirements:

• 10+ years in agile delivery and transformation roles

• Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and performance metrics

• Ability to adapt engineering productivity metrics for enterprise settings

• Experience with analytics platforms like Power BI and Atlassian

• Strong grasp of AI impacts on delivery and quality
