Bilingual Agile Delivery Manager

Our financial services client is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to lead cloud transformation initiatives. This hybrid role, based in Toronto, involves managing the delivery of data products using Agile methodologies. You'll serve as a facilitator between Data Engineering and banking stakeholders, ensuring projects meet international compliance standards and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure team collaboration
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of data products
• Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve blockers to maintain delivery momentum
• Track performance metrics for process optimization
Requirements:
• 8-9 years in Agile/Scrum roles, 5 in data projects
• Proficient in Databricks and Azure
• Experienced in banking regulations and data solutions
• Skilled with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence
• Fluent in Spanish
