In this role, you'll report to the Manager of IT Service Desk and Deskside Support. With a minimum of three years in deskside and service desk roles, you’ll troubleshoot a variety of technologies, including hardware and Office 365. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate support with vendors and local IT providers
• Implement and manage VoIP Telco issues
• Stage, image, and deploy hardware effectively
• Record and track incidents using ITSM ticketing software
• Provide mobile device support and assist with special projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in deskside support
• Proficiency with Office 365 and hardware troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills and service-focused mentality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in enforcing standards and policies
