At Tech2U, you will be the first point of contact for faculty and staff needing technical support. This role demands proficiency in troubleshooting audio-visual systems, classroom technology, and ensuring operational efficiency of equipment. Your commitment to service and teamwork will directly impact the effectiveness of academic activities across the University.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond swiftly to technical service requests from users
• Set up and troubleshoot AV equipment effectively
• Train users on classroom technology and AV systems
• Maintain precise technical documentation and inventory
• Oversee Classroom Ambassadors to ensure task fulfillment
Requirements:
• Advanced College Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years in audio-visual technology support
• Proficient with macOS, Windows OS, and M365 applications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
