In this role, reporting to the Director of Business Analytics Engineering, you'll work with a centralized BAE team to cater to various departments, including Operations and Marketing. Utilize your expertise to create reliable data models and dashboards that foster data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain analytics data models using dbt Cloud and Snowflake.

• Develop reusable datasets supporting reporting and analysis.

• Enhance the quality and structure of the analytics ecosystem.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.

• Build dashboards that answer crucial business questions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of relevant analytical experience, especially in fintech.

• Advanced SQL skills for large dataset management in Snowflake.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Domo or Tableau.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
