As a Systems Operations Specialist, you’ll report to the Director of Delivery Management, playing a vital role in maintaining Nasdaq’s global platforms. This position requires expertise in Dev Ops practices, including incident management and the design of CI/CD pipelines. You will also enhance operational processes while ensuring stellar support for internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead 24/7 application support for Nasdaq’s global services
• Design and deploy changes to existing systems
• Manage and resolve incidents effectively and rapidly
• Maintain operational documentation and procedures
• Drive automation across CI/CD pipelines and workflows
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in Dev Ops or related fields
• Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Git and Terraform
• Excellent communication skills in English
