Experienced Scrum Master

This role seeks an experienced Scrum Master to support 1-2 agile teams in the Enterprise Enabling Functions sector. You will be pivotal in identifying impediments and ensuring adherence to best practices in agile. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate end-to-end agile processes effectively

• Drive continuous improvement and change across teams

• Manage impediments with stakeholder engagement

• Champion agile best practices and ceremonies

• Ensure adherence to 'Work In Progress Limits'

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of experience

• Preference for 5-7 years in agile roles

• Experience with project management methodologies

• Ability to lead and coach agile teams

• Strong understanding of TDSA processes
