Join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Salesforce Project Scrum Master. Lead Agile delivery in a diverse environment while managing Salesforce initiatives.
In this role at TCS, you will take charge of leading Scrum ceremonies and driving the Agile delivery process for Salesforce projects. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and refine user stories, acting as a bridge between technical and business teams. Your proactive approach in identifying and mitigating risks is essential to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, and Reviews
• Manage end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce
• Refine and align user stories with team goals
• Identify impediments and drive solutions
• Support testing, defect triage, and release efforts
Requirements:
• Experience as a Scrum Master on Salesforce programs
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce systems and Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with JIRA and Agile dashboards
• Experience with distributed (on-site and offshore) teams
• Required Salesforce certifications and Agile credentials
