Become a pivotal Senior IT Manager at We Are Social, overseeing IT strategy and operations for North America. Manage user support, enhance processes, and lead technology innovations.
In this hybrid role, you'll handle technical support and direct operations for approximately 200 users, while managing compliance and security standards for the macOS estate. You’ll guide your team and drive the integration of AI tools into the business, ensuring seamless operations across the North American region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly support users and resolve hardware/software issues
• Manage the macOS device fleet with Jamf
• Handle onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Review and automate key IT processes
• Collaborate on North American IT strategy
Requirements:
• 7+ years in IT management, combining strategic and hands-on
• Proficiency in the Apple ecosystem and Jamf
• Experience in leading teams and improving processes
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Budget oversight and vendor management experience
