Infrastructure Operations Analyst

Lead deskside support and infrastructure operations in a hybrid role with our innovative beauty brand client in Toronto. Drive user experience and oversee day-to-day technical support while managing infrastructure stability.

This Infrastructure Analyst position focuses on supporting Microsoft and Azure environments. The successful candidate will lead technical support, handle complex issues, and implement operational improvements. You'll also manage laptop lifecycle processes and ensure effective collaboration across IT teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead deskside support in a Microsoft and Azure environment

• Provide hands-on technical assistance for user support issues

• Manage laptop lifecycle including imaging and maintenance

• Oversee Microsoft technologies and collaboration tools

• Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for operations

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in IT or infrastructure support

• Previous experience in a lead or managerial role

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft enterprise environments

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals like DNS and DHCP

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
