Join a leading financial client as an IT Scrum Master. Your expertise will steer agile teams towards successful project delivery through effective stakeholder engagement.

As an IT Scrum Master in this role, you will facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, support teams using Kanban alongside Scrum, and work closely with stakeholders to remove obstacles to delivery. Your collaboration with the Project Manager is vital, especially in managing responsibilities during absences. A focus on improving team dynamics and coaching towards high-quality outcomes is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement sessions

• Support team delivery with hybrid Agile methodologies

• Resolve delivery blockers in collaboration with stakeholders

• Partner with a Project Manager on responsibilities

• Coach teams for continuous improvement in delivery

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of relevant experience

• Strong application delivery and technical expertise

• Proficient in communication and managing stakeholder expectations

• Certification in CSM and SAFe methodologies

• Deep understanding of SDLC and project delivery concepts
