Bank Desktop Support Associate Position

Join SMBC in Toronto as a Desktop Support Associate, where you will be instrumental in maintaining the Bank's IT infrastructure. This position requires a strong background in user assistance, troubleshooting technical problems, and installing hardware and software. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support for users' IT issues
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems with IT equipment
• Set up and configure new hardware and software
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates
• Maintain thorough documentation and asset records
Requirements:
• Minimum five years experience in desktop support or systems administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
• Familiarity with Active Directory and infrastructure systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently
