Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve service tickets quickly
• Install and configure workstations and applications
• Document technical activities and user interactions
• Administer desktop and peripheral inventories
• Support critical incidents and provide on-demand assistance
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in technical support
• Degree or equivalent technical certification
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and software
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Competence with ticketing systems a plus
