Position: UX Researcher for Product Insights

As a key member of Sky Prep’s research team, you will dive deep into understanding our customer base and their workflows. Your qualitative research skills will help identify real user needs and opportunities for enhancements. Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and engineers to create user-centered experiences that foster product adoption and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user interviews to gather qualitative data

• Identify patterns and insights from user interactions

• Generate actionable recommendations from research

• Collaborate with designers and product teams

• Support feature development with user validations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in UX or Product Research

• Strong user interview and qualitative research experience

• Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration

• Skilled in synthesizing insights into recommendations

• Curious and empathetic towards user needs
