We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to enhance our collaborative IT team. This role requires a strong background in supporting Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, and cloud solutions. You will manage critical systems, lead technical initiatives, and implement infrastructure improvements for both corporate and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise infrastructure, including Active Directory and Exchange

• Provide Level 3 technical support for production systems

• Monitor and enhance backup and disaster recovery solutions

• Resolve system vulnerabilities to improve security

• Participate in infrastructure deployments and technology projects

Requirements:

• 7–10 years in Windows Server administration

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and virtualization

• 3–5 years in cloud environments, particularly Azure

• Proven experience with enterprise backup solutions

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
