Release Train Strategist

Position: Release Train Strategist in Payments
Drive software delivery excellence as a Release Train Strategist within the payments sector. Collaborate with agile teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful product delivery.

In this role, you will partner with a leading financial client to oversee the planning and execution of software across multiple teams. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, will be essential for facilitating PI sessions and optimizing team collaboration for successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead program increment planning sessions for project alignment

• Ensure adherence to timelines and manage project interdependencies

• Address and solve challenges affecting release quality and schedules

• Work with stakeholders to define features for upcoming releases

• Track and analyze metrics to improve release train performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in Project Management or similar roles

• Proven experience in project delivery within the payments industry

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe practices

• Familiarity with Agile project management tools

• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
