Clio Application Security Developer

Clio is seeking an Application Security Developer to bolster its Security team. This role emphasizes hands-on security practices and developing solutions to enhance application security across Canada.

You will proactively identify vulnerabilities and work closely with development teams to ensure best security practices are followed. As a crucial member of the team, you'll implement tools for scanning and analysis while addressing security issues identified through bug bounty programs. Your contributions will also shape the security awareness initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and debug tools to mitigate security vulnerabilities

• Collaborate with development teams on secure coding

• Create frameworks for systematic vulnerability fixes

• Manage penetration testing and offensive security campaigns

• Conduct incident response and forensics on security events

Requirements:

• Strong background in Application Security and offensive techniques

• Expertise in major programming languages

• Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Familiarity with SAST and SCA tools

• Log analysis skills for emerging threats
