Client Technology Delivery Lead at U of T

In this full-time role, you will oversee client technology services and lead initiatives that enhance service delivery. Your focus will be on continuous improvement, technical leadership, and managing complex issues within the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering. You'll work closely with clients and stakeholders to implement efficient workflows and assess service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and improve technology service delivery processes
• Provide guidance and support to technical staff
• Monitor performance using key performance indicators
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively
• Develop training materials and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
• 5+ years in a complex IT environment
• 3+ years in technical leadership roles
• Expertise in endpoint and mobile device management
• Strong communication and analytical skills
