As AVP, Experience Design reporting to the VP of Digital Channels, you will shape and elevate the design practice at Sun Life Canada. This strategic leadership position demands a robust understanding of client needs and exceptional skills in journey mapping and user experience design. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to align business strategies and enhance client engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive experience-design initiatives across client journeys
• Create short- and long-term CX roadmaps
• Influence strategy through client insights and service design
• Foster an inclusive design culture encouraging innovation
• Manage resources and budgets effectively
Requirements:
• 10+ years in strategic digital design
• Experience in UI/UX design roles
• Proven ability to lead large design teams
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with agile development practices
