Position: Experienced UX Designer Wanted
Join our team as a Senior User Experience Designer in Toronto. This key role focuses on crafting user-centered designs that boost digital engagement and usability across various platforms.

As a Senior UX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver intuitive and effective designs that align with user needs. You will conduct research, facilitate usability testing, and iterate designs based on user insights. Collaboration with product managers and developers will be essential as you guide the design process from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply design best practices to create user-centered solutions

• Conduct user interviews and develop personas

• Lead usability testing and synthesize findings into recommendations

• Create prototypes and conduct validation sessions with users

• Ensure alignment with accessibility standards in designs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UX design experience

• Strong communication and mediation abilities

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and UX tools

• Ability to create impactful wireframes and journey maps

• Degree or relevant education in design is an asset
