IT Support Associate Goose

In this role, you will be responsible for managing first-level support requests through various channels. You'll also handle user account modifications, install and configure device technologies, and work collaboratively with IT teams to address more complex issues. Your ability to deliver high-quality service while adhering to service level agreements will be paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Windows, macOS, and point-of-sale systems
• Track and resolve incidents through the ticketing system
• Help with the setup of workstations and peripherals
• Conduct security updates and software deployment
• Collaborate on enterprise-level IT issues as necessary
Requirements:
• Educational background in Information Technology
• Experience with compliance frameworks preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office environments
• Familiarity with device management tools like JAMF Pro
• Experience in troubleshooting desktop hardware issues
