Embrace your IT career with an exciting co-op position in Toronto for Fall 2026. Support desktop systems and enhance user experience across various technologies while working five days a week.
As a co-op student in IT Service Delivery at our Head Office in Toronto, you'll participate in desktop support, cloud device management, and assisting with Microsoft 365 applications. Your troubleshooting abilities with Windows 11 and macOS will shine as you help non-technical users resolve issues and improve service delivery across the guide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level desktop support for incidents
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications
• Troubleshoot meeting room AV technologies
• Track and update tickets in the service management system
• Document solutions and improve knowledge articles
Requirements:
• Full-time post-secondary co-op student in IT
• Basic knowledge of Windows 11 or macOS
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Interest in cybersecurity considered an asset
