In this key role with the Middleware Technical and Runtime Support team, you will utilize your 5-8 years of hands-on experience to design and maintain IBM Web Sphere Application Server environments. Your work will directly impact operational resilience and security while fostering collaboration across technical teams. Utilize your strong troubleshooting and documentation skills to ensure the efficiency of the hosting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain IBM Web Sphere environments and clusters

• Design secure configurations using TLS/SSL protocols

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and 24/7 on-call support

• Document technical solutions for team knowledge transfers

• Automate processes using Jython, shell scripting, and Ansible

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in Web Sphere Application Server administration

• Knowledge of Network Deployment architecture and IBM HTTP Server

• Expertise in certificate management and platform upgrades

• Proficient in Jython and shell scripting

• Strong written communication in technical documentation
