This role calls for individuals with 2-3 years of IT Service Desk experience, focusing on diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems. Utilize your strong communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery, while adhering to ITIL processes and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support users through phone, chat, and ticketing platform
• Resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Manage onboarding and user account changes
• Log and track service requests and incidents
• Ensure accurate documentation of all support interactions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years IT Service Desk experience
• Strong governance, compliance understanding, and time management
• Proficient in verbal and written communications
• Technical or related degree or equivalent experience
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification is an asset
