Position: Technical Lead for OFSAA Transaction Monitoring
Drive technical excellence as the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring Technical Lead for AML and FCCM. This role emphasizes ownership of architecture, engineering, and platform build within a regulated environment.

The position requires an experienced professional to define architectural standards and lead hands-on engineering for the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform. You will evaluate platform enhancements, guide others on SQL performance tuning, and manage production support. Your focus will also include data quality controls and ensuring system integrity across OFSAA and Oracle databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own technical architecture and enforce best practices

• Lead engineering for Transaction Monitoring and Entity Resolution

• Design job flows and recovery strategies in Auto Sys

• Act as the highest technical escalation point for incidents

• Manage data quality validations and reconciliations

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Oracle OFSAA and FCCM

• Advanced Oracle SQL skills for performance tuning

• Knowledge of ETL/IETL processes and Linux scripting

• Proven track record in regulated environments

• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
