Lead Colliers' data governance strategy and ensure data integrity across all levels in a hybrid role based in Vancouver or Toronto. This role focuses on building a robust data governance framework, ensuring compliance and data quality.

As the Director of Data Governance at Colliers, you will report to the Global Head of Data & AI to launch and manage a global data governance program. This position involves creating enterprise standards, establishing accountability for data governance, and driving continuous improvement in data practices. You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, directly impacting the firm’s analytics and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a global data governance framework

• Define enterprise standards for core data concepts

• Establish governance ownership across service lines

• Lead data governance councils and working groups

• Operationalize governance through metrics and forums

Requirements:

• 10+ years in data governance or related roles

• Proven experience in program development

• Strong understanding of modern data architectures

• Knowledge of data governance frameworks

• Hands-on with cloud governance tools
