Cineplex IT Helpdesk Specialist Position

As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will deliver first-level IT support across Cineplex's numerous lines of business. You will manage all inbound incidents via phone, email, and instant messaging, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently. This role also includes proactive monitoring of Cineplex’s systems infrastructure and the creation of knowledgebase articles to streamline support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level IT support for hardware and software issues
• Utilize Helpdesk software for managing incidents
• Proactively monitor Cineplex Systems Infrastructure
• Document solutions in Helpdesk support articles
• Participate in projects assigned by IT management
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
• 1-3 years of IT Helpdesk support experience
• Knowledge of MS Vista POS and retail systems
• Proficient in Windows and Mac OS
• ITIL V3 certification is an asset
