Key Responsibilities:
• Architect solutions for CCaaS migration from legacy systems
• Establish integration strategies across enterprise platforms
• Design omnichannel customer experiences across various channels
• Lead distributed teams through the deployment process
• Contribute to solution innovation and Agile delivery
Requirements:
• 7+ years designing enterprise cloud contact center solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
• Proven experience with NICE CXone, Genesys, or comparable platforms
• In-depth knowledge of integration patterns and APIs
• Familiarity with conversational AI architectures
