Join Cineplex as an IT Helpdesk Specialist, responsible for Level 1 support in a dynamic customer service environment. Available for 24/7 shift work, you’ll tackle IT problems effectively.
As a key part of the Cineplex IT team, you will provide first level support for hardware and software issues across various departments. Your analytical skills will aid in resolving escalated incidents, and you’ll proactively monitor the Cineplex systems infrastructure while participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first level IT support for Cineplex hardware and software
• Utilize Helpdesk applications to manage and triage incidents
• Monitor and support Cineplex systems infrastructure proactively
• Contribute ideas for departmental improvements
• Document solutions in Helpdesk Knowledgebase articles
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of IT Help Desk support experience
• Customer service experience with application functionality
• Strong experience with MS Office and desktop support
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and Ubuntu Linux
• Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
