This 6-month contract role focuses on customer-centric designs and requires a balance of strategic thought and detailed execution. Your skills in User-Centred Design will be vital as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for users throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
• Innovate user experiences through ideation and concept development
• Create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes for communication
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure design intentions
• Advocate for users using research and analytics throughout projects
• Conduct usability testing and observational studies for design validation
Requirements:
• 5–7 years as a UX Designer with deep digital experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Figma, familiarity with AI tools
• Proven track record presenting to non-design stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration based on feedback
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
