As the Learning Systems Manager, you will oversee the administration of core learning systems and ensure they operate efficiently. You will leverage your technical expertise to integrate systems effectively while delivering a seamless learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop a high-performing learning operations team
• Serve as a subject matter expert on learning system functionalities
• Contribute to a comprehensive Learning Ecosystem Roadmap
• Lead learning system feature deployments and upgrades
• Monitor and audit learning datasets for accuracy
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in a related field
• 3+ years in learning technology support with LMS knowledge
• 2+ years’ experience managing a team
• Strong project management skills and process improvement
• Background in various content authoring tools
